| All orders placed with DMD House are subject to
the following Returns and Refunds Policy:
Purchases from DMD House (excluding consignment sales transactions
discussed separately under the heading No Risk Fundraising) may
be returned by the original customer within 30 days of receipt.
Simply call us toll-free at 800-852-6203 between 9am and 5pm Pacific
Time to obtain a Return Authorization Number. DMD House does not
accept returns from non-original customers such as recipients of
gifts or on orders delivered to the customer more than 30 days previously.
DMD House will pay return shipping costs if the return is the result
of our error or if the merchandise is damaged at the time of receipt
by our customer. Otherwise, the customer must pay return shipping
costs.
No refunds will be made for books damaged by the customer.
No returns will be allowed, and no refunds will be made, on international
shipments.
For purchases made by check, refunds will be made by check within
two weeks of receipt of returned merchandise. For purchases made
by credit card, refunds will be credited to the customer’s
account within two weeks of receipt of returned merchandise.
