In addition to filling orders for thousands of U.S. customers
every year, DMD House routinely ships books to customers in Canada,
Great Britain, South America, Europe, Asia, and the South Pacific.

Currency Exchange
All prices on this website are in U.S. dollars. DMD House accepts
most major credit card orders by phone at (951) 677-6300, fax
(951) 698-0180, or through secure E-commerce links on this website.
(Outside the U.S. and Canada, consult your local telephone service
for U.S. access codes.) DMD House processes these transactions
through its U.S. bank clearing house in U.S. funds. The amount
appearing on international customer credit card statements will
reflect the prevailing exchange rate between U.S. and local currencies.
Orders submitted by mail should include payment by international
money order or bank cashier’s check made payable to DMD House
in U.S. funds.
Shipping Charges
In the United States, postal rates on domestic book shipments
are subsidized by the government. This is not the case with international
shipments.
For international orders of one or two books or 4-packs, DMD House
requires air shipment via GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL (GPM) with typical
postal delivery times of one week or less. For orders of one or
two books or 4-packs, GPM shipping charges are US$5 additional
to Canada and US$7 additional elsewhere in the world.
